How do I order at CRISPY SOUL? +
Click the 'Order' button on the site, choose your restaurant then the mode (takeaway or delivery): each location has its own ordering link. You can also order right in the restaurant.
Why do I have to choose my restaurant before ordering? +
Each restaurant has its own POS system and its own ordering link. Selecting your location ensures your order lands in the right place with the right items and timing.
Do you offer delivery? +
Yes. Delivery is available from each of our restaurants, either via our online ordering or via partner platforms depending on the zone.
Can I order takeaway (click & collect)? +
Yes. Order online in 'Takeaway' mode and pick up your order on the spot, ready and hot, no queuing.
What are the prep times? +
Our chicken is breaded and fried to order for maximum crunch, so allow a few minutes of prep. The exact wait shows at the time of online ordering.
Which payment methods do you accept? +
In the restaurant you can pay by card or cash, right on the spot. For online orders, payment is by card when you check out.
Can I change or cancel my order? +
Contact the restaurant in question as fast as possible: its details are on its page in the Our restaurants section.
Is there a minimum order amount? +
Any minimum depends on the mode (delivery or takeaway) and the platform; it shows at the time of online ordering.
Can I order for a group or an event? +
Yes. For a big order or an event, contact the nearest restaurant directly to organize the prep as smoothly as possible.

What's CRISPY SOUL's specialty? +
Ultra-crispy fried chicken and the signature waffle burger: crispy fried chicken between two soft waffles. A creation that sums up our obsession with the crunch.
What is a waffle burger? +
It's our signature burger where the buns are swapped for two golden homemade waffles, loaded with crispy fried chicken and sauces. Sweet-savory, generous, addictive.
Which products are on the menu? +
Waffle burgers, burgers & sliders, chicken & waffle, fried chicken (tenders and wings), sides, salads, waffles and desserts, drinks and sauces. The whole menu is on the Menu page.
Are your waffles homemade? +
Yes, our waffles are handmade, prepared to pair with both savory (waffle burger) and sweet (desserts).
Do you offer spicy dishes? +
Yes. Several recipes and sauces play on heat (for example our Firecracker sauce). The spice level is indicated or available on request in the restaurant.
Which sauces do you offer? +
A house range: Crispy, Honey BBQ, Curry Mango, Ranch, Firecracker, Maple Syrup, Honey, Ketchup and Mayonnaise.
Do you have a lunch menu? +
Yes, lunch deals are offered in the restaurant. The details and availability show at checkout.
Are your product visuals contractual? +
No, the visuals are non-contractual and serve to present the products. The actual presentation may vary slightly.

Is the chicken halal? +
Yes, all the chicken served at CRISPY SOUL is halal.
Do you serve alcohol or pork? +
No. Our recipes contain neither pork nor alcohol.
Is your chicken fresh? +
Our chicken is breaded and fried to order to guarantee the crunch and juiciness at every service.
Where does your chicken come from? +
We work with suppliers selected for quality and halal certification. Sourcing details are available on request in the restaurant.
Do your products contain additives? +
We favor homemade preparations (breading, sauces, waffles). For the precise makeup of a product, ask in the restaurant.
Allergens & diets
Where to find allergen information? +
Allergen information is available in the restaurant and via the allergens document accessible from the site footer. If you have an allergy, flag it before ordering.
Do you have vegetarian options? +
Our menu puts chicken front and center, but sides, waffles and desserts work for vegetarians. Ask about the options available in the restaurant.
Do you offer gluten-free dishes? +
The breading and the waffles contain gluten. We cannot guarantee the absence of traces; if you have an intolerance, tell the team before ordering.
Can I customize a dish (no sauce, no onion…)? +
Yes, as much as possible. Specify your request at online checkout (comment) or directly in the restaurant.

We have 7 restaurants: Paris 2, Paris 9, Paris 11, Paris 15, Boulogne-Billancourt, Vincennes (Saint-Mandé) and Lyon 2. Addresses and directions on the Our restaurants page.
What are your opening hours? +
Hours vary by location. Find the exact hours for each restaurant on its page in the Our restaurants section.
Is the 'Vincennes' restaurant in Vincennes or Saint-Mandé? +
The brand is called Vincennes but the exact address is in Saint-Mandé (94160), on the edge of Vincennes. You're welcome from both cities.
Can I dine in? +
Yes, our restaurants offer dine-in, in addition to takeaway and delivery.
Do I need to book a table? +
Our restaurants mainly run without reservation. For a group, contact the location in question directly.
Getting here / which transit? +
Each restaurant page lists transit lines and walking time from nearby stops, plus a directions link.
Which restaurant is closest to me? +
Use the locator on the homepage or check the 7 addresses on the Our restaurants page to find the nearest one.
Are you open on public holidays? +
Opening hours on public holidays may vary by restaurant. Check the location's page or contact it directly.
